Lifeline included plan
This plan involves signing the water, electricity, and gas contracts in the name of XROSS HOUSE, and the tenant paying a fixed monthly fee of 15,000 yen (tax-exempt) to XROSS HOUSE.
XROSS HOUSE will handle all procedures, including contract and cancellation procedures when moving in and out, as well as being present when opening and canceling the service.
However, please note that if your monthly usage amount exceeds 15,000 yen, you will be responsible for the excess amount.
(For example, if the usage amount is 20,000 yen, the excess amount of 5,000 yen will be charged to the resident.)
