1. [1 month free rent (1 month free rent)] Campaign

●Starting time

From March 1, 2024 (Subject to end without notice.)

● Contents

One month's rent + common area fees will be free.
*System usage fees and option fees will still apply during the free rental period.

● Application conditions

Available only to new inquiries and those who have been staying for 3 months or more.

●Notes

At the time of signing the contract, you will be required to pay the daily rate for the month you move in.

● Penalty fee

If you move out within 3 months, we will not be able to refund any prepaid fees you received at the time of signing the contract.

Additionally, as a campaign penalty, you will be charged the amount that was scheduled to be discounted under the campaign as usual in the month you move out.

2. [Free initial cost] Campaign

●Starting time

From March 1, 2024 (Subject to end without notice.)

●Contents

The initial cost of 30,000 yen will be waived. In addition, there are no security deposits, key money, or brokerage fees.

●Application conditions

Available only to new inquiries and those who have been staying for 3 months or more.

●Penalty fee

If you move out within 3 months, you will be charged a penalty of 30,000 yen.
