1. [One Month Free Rent Campaign]

March 1, 2024 onwards (May end without prior notice.)
● Contents
One month's rent plus utilities fee will be waived.
*System usage fees and option fees will still apply during the free rent period.
● Application conditions
This offer is only available to new inquiries from those planning to stay for 6 months or longer.
●Notes
At the time of signing the contract, you will be required to pay a prorated amount for the month of move-in.
● Penalty fee
If you move out or relocate within six months, we will not be able to refund the fees you paid in advance at the time of contract.
Additionally, as a penalty for canceling the campaign, the amount that was discounted under the campaign will be charged as usual in the month of departure.
2. [No Initial Fees] Campaign
●Starting time
March 1, 2024 onwards (May end without prior notice.)
●Contents
The initial fee of 30,000 yen will be waived. Furthermore, there will be no security deposit, key money, or brokerage fees.
● Application conditions
This offer is only available to new inquiries from those planning to stay for 6 months or longer.
●Penalty fee
If you move out within six months, you will be charged a penalty fee of 30,000 yen.
