3. Procedure
■ Electricity, gas, and water
After completing the registration, you will receive a URL for the procedure via email.
Please access the URL in the email, select your preferred language, and enter the required information.
■ Deadline for procedures
City gas properties: up to 3 days before the move-in date
Propane gas properties: 5 days before the move-in date
■ Internet
A Japanese mobile phone number is required to sign up for an internet contract.
■ Even if you only want the internet,
You may receive an email containing forms for electricity, gas, and water, but you do not need to fill them out.

If you are using the agency plan,
You agree to provide the agent with the personal information necessary for the activation procedure.
This plan only supports activation procedures.
Please complete the cancellation procedures (for water, electricity, gas, and internet) yourself.
Depending on the property and area,
Some gas companies and water bureaus may not be able to make arrangements on your behalf.
