🔹 Basic Policy

In general, tenants are responsible for signing individual contracts for:

    ・Water
    ・Electricity
    ・Gas
    ・Internet

🔹 If You Prefer Support

If you find it difficult or troublesome to sign these contracts (especially in Japanese), XROSS HOUSE offers the following optional support plans:

Flat monthly fee: ¥15,000 (tax-exempt)

- If your actual usage exceeds ¥15,000, you must pay the difference (Example: ¥20,000 usage → ¥5,000 extra charge)
- Internet is not included. You need to arrange it separately.

🌍 2. Lifeline Replacement Plan (For Overseas Residents)

Designed for people living abroad or needing foreign language support.

・Handles contracts for water, electricity, gas, and internet
