Today I went to Sasazuka Property for move-out maintenance and inspection cleaning.

It's in a very convenient location, just 5 minutes by train to Shinjuku!

It's about a 5 minute walk from the station to the property♪

The Sasazuka property is a detached house and is approximately 50 years old.

It opened as a XROSS HOUSE property in December 2015.

The interior has a retro feel ♪ With the opening,

We are renovating XROSS HOUSE, so the walls and furniture are shiny ✨

There are 3 private rooms and 1 room with a loft bed °˖ ✧◝(⁰▿⁰)◜ ✧ ˖°

Today we'll take a look at this private room with a slightly unusual design.

We have started moving out maintenance (/・ω・)/
