History of Kitaayase


When the Chiyoda Line opened, there were no stations around Kita-Ayase yet.

However, as the area was developed as a residential area, Kita-Ayase Station opened in 1979.

Until recent years, trains had been running only in turn between Ayase and Kita-Ayase, but due to the station renovation in 2019, a direct train on the Chiyoda Line starting from Kita-Ayase Station began operating.
