Contract terms

Contract Period	This is a one-year fixed-term lease. However, if you apply at least one month before your desired move-out date, you can move out even during the contract period. Therefore, you can stay for as little as one month. *A fixed-term lease is a rental contract that does not require renewal and will end upon expiration of the term.
