Contract terms

Contract Period	This is a one-year fixed-term lease agreement. However, you can move out early even within the contract period if you apply at least one month before your desired move-out date. Therefore, you can stay for as short as one month. *A fixed-term lease agreement is a rental agreement that does not allow for renewal and will terminate automatically upon expiration of the term. If you wish to renew the contract, a re-screening will be required.

Guarantee company	This property requires membership in a guarantee company. *Please note that the guarantee company will conduct a review process, which may take some time.
