This property is eligible for the "Initial cost 0 yen campaign".
We will discount the initial cost of 30,000 yen to 0 yen only if the contract is concluded by the end of the month.
The condition is that you must stay for 3 months or more. If you move out, move to another property, or cancel your tenancy within 3 months, a penalty fee will be charged.

1 month 0 yen rent campaign
