Contract terms

Contract Period	This is a one-year fixed-term lease agreement. However, you can move out early even within the contract period if you apply at least one month before your desired move-out date. Therefore, you can stay for as short as one month. *A fixed-term lease agreement is a rental agreement that does not allow for renewal and will terminate automatically upon expiration of the term. If you wish to renew the contract, a re-screening will be required.

Otsuka Station has bustling commercial districts of similar size on both its north and south sides. Although there is a fair amount of foot traffic, the atmosphere is relatively subdued compared to the neighboring stations of Ikebukuro and Sugamo, giving it a calmer feel. It's within walking distance of Ikebukuro (about a 20-minute walk to Ikebukuro Sunshine City!), a stop on the Yamanote Line, and convenient access to the Toden Arakawa Line, making it a very convenient location with excellent transportation access! Many residents have lived here for a long time, and it has a somewhat Showa-era atmosphere, giving it a retro feel. There's a department store in front of the station, making shopping convenient. There are also supermarkets and drugstores, so you won't have any trouble with daily life! It's a recommended place to live because it's within walking distance of Ikebukuro and reasonably priced!
