Our contract type is a fixed-term rental contract for all properties. A fixed-term rental contract is a non-renewal contract that expires at the end of the contract period.
If you wish to continue living in the same room after the contract expires, you can do so by applying for a renewal of the contract. Please note that there will be another review when renewing the contract.
In addition, a re-contract fee will be charged when renewing the contract. A share house costs 11,000 yen (tax included), and a fully furnished apartment costs 22,000 yen (tax included).
