Are there any moving out fees?

A cancellation fee will be charged as a cancellation fee. cancellation fee vary depending on the property type.
For share houses, a cancellation fee of 16,500 yen (tax included) will be charged.
For apartments with furniture and home appliances, a cancellation fee of 55,000 yen (tax included) will be charged.
We do not charge a separate cleaning fee, but if damage is clearly caused by intentional or negligent behavior on the part of the customer, we may charge you the actual cost for repairs.
