Contract Period	It is a fixed-term lease contract for one year. However, if you apply at least one month before your desired move-out date, you can move out during the contract period. Therefore, you can stay for as little as one month. *A fixed-term lease contract is a rental contract that is not renewed and will always end when the term expires. If you wish to re-sign, a re-examination will be required.

Property comments

Kanegafuchi is a downtown area rich in nature sandwiched between the Sumida River and the Arakawa River. Even in Tokyo, many of the old-fashioned shopping streets and houses remain, making it a very downtown-like place.

Skytree, Asakusa, and Kitasenju are also nearby, so it's convenient because you can go there without changing trains. In particular, you can go to Asakusa Sky Tree in about 30 to 40 minutes on foot, so it's perfect for a walk on a holiday ^^

There are supermarkets, drugstores, and restaurants scattered throughout the area, but if you go to Kitasenju or Asakusa, you'll have everything you need, so shopping won't be a problem.
