Contract terms

Contract Period	This is a fixed-term lease contract for one year. *The contract will expire at the end of the contract period without being renewed. You can cancel the contract during the contract period by submitting a move-out request one month in advance. We also accept applications for re-contracting before the end of the contract period, but there will be another screening process.
Age limit	18～39 years old
Guarantee company	This property requires you to join a guarantor company. *Please note that the guarantor company will also be screening you, so this process may take some time.
