Contract terms

Contract Period	It is a fixed-term lease contract for one year. However, if you apply at least one month before your desired move-out date, you can move out during the contract period. Therefore, you can stay for as little as one month. *A fixed-term lease contract is a rental contract that is not renewed and will always end when the term expires. If you wish to re-sign, a re-examination will be required.

Guarantee company	This property requires you to join a guarantor company. *Please note that the guarantor company will also be screening you, so this process may take some time.
