Contract Period	It is a fixed-term lease contract for one year. However, if you apply at least one month before your desired move-out date, you can move out during the contract period. Therefore, you can stay for as little as one month. *A fixed-term lease contract is a rental contract that is not renewed and will always end when the term expires. Kita-Ikebukuro is not crowded like Ikebukuro Station, and is a calm and quiet residential area.

There are plenty of shopping spots around the station, including ``Big A'' and ``Don Quijote,'' which are open 24 hours a day, so you won't have any trouble purchasing daily necessities. Also, there are plenty of commercial facilities around Ikebukuro Station, so you can buy everything you want.
