Contract Period	It is a fixed-term lease contract for one year. However, if you apply at least one month before your desired move-out date, you can move out during the contract period. This is a share house with all private rooms located at Shiinamachi Station on the popular Seibu Ikebukuro Line.
The Seibu Ikebukuro Line allows you to access the popular town of Ikebukuro without changing trains. It takes 3 minutes to Ikebukuro!
Additionally, if you transfer to the Shonan-Shinjuku Line at Ikebukuro Station on the Seibu Ikebukuro Line, you can get to Shinjuku in 18 minutes.
