Contract Period It is a fixed-term lease contract for one year. However, if you apply at least one month before your desired move-out date, you can move out during the contract period. Therefore, you can stay for as little as one month. *A fixed-term lease contract is a rental contract that is not renewed and will always end when the term expires. [Chuo Line/Shinjuku 10 minutes! ] Ogikubo Station is located 10 minutes from Shinjuku Station on the JR Chuo Line. Furthermore, since it is the starting station for the Marunouchi Line, you can sit down during the morning rush hour! There are shopping buildings and supermarkets around the station, so you won't have any trouble shopping. There are so many ramen shops in Ogikubo that it is called the holy land of ramen, so why not try searching for your favorite ramen?
