This is a share house near the station, located in the popular Setagaya area, a 7-minute walk from Miyanosaka Station on the Tokyu Setagaya Line.

The origin of the place's name comes from the fact that a temple called Gotokuji was built here, and there is one theory that it is the birthplace of the beckoning cat. Gotokuji Temple has such a history, but in addition to a supermarket in front of the station, there are also many hidden shops such as small bakeries and cafes that are not found at larger stations. It is also close to Shimokitazawa Station and has good access to Shinjuku and Shibuya. Furthermore, one of the few streetcars in Tokyo (Tokyu Setagaya Line) also runs through the area.
