Contract Period	This is a fixed-term lease contract for one year. *The contract will expire at the end of the contract period and will not be renewed. You can cancel the contract during the contract period by submitting a move-out request one month in advance. We also accept applications for re-contracting before the end of the contract period, but there will be another screening process.

Higashi-Ojima Station is only on the Toei Shinjuku Line, but you can get to all terminal stations with one change.

The east side of the station is an area rich in nature, including Ojima Komatsugawa Park, a fairly large park with an area the size of five Tokyo Domes.
The west side of the station is a downtown residential area with many large apartment complexes and detached houses.

There are almost no entertainment facilities, but it is a residential area with good security and many families, so it is quiet at night.
