Contract terms

Contract Period	It is a fixed-term lease contract for one year. However, if you apply at least one month before your desired move-out date, you can move out during the contract period. Therefore, you can stay for as little as one month. *A fixed-term lease contract is a rental contract that is not renewed and will always end when the term expires. If you wish to re-sign, a re-examination will be required.

[JR Saikyo Line “Ukimafunato”]

15 minutes to Ikebukuro and 18 minutes to Shinjuku on the Saikyo Line. Since the Rinkai Line runs directly through it, it's great that you can go to Osaki and Odaiba without changing trains!
Ukimafunato is a town sandwiched between the Arakawa and Sumida rivers. In summer, festivals are held on the banks of the river and are crowded with people.
You can see the fireworks beautifully! Furthermore, there is Ukima Park in front of the station, where you can live in a lush green environment.
There are supermarkets and convenience stores open 24 hours a day, so you won't have any trouble getting around.
The property is a shared house with all rooms private (with keys).
