This is a share house with all private rooms located near the popular Sasazuka Station on the Keio Line.

Although it is only one stop from Shinjuku Station, there are seven shopping streets surrounding the station, making it a community-based town that is easy to live in.

The Toei Shinjuku Line departs from Sasazuka Station, so access to the city center is excellent.

You can also access Ikebukuro, Shibuya, Kichijoji, and Takadanobaba within 20 minutes!

There are clothing stores, restaurants, and a supermarket in front of the station, so it's convenient for shopping on your way home.

Sasazuka is famous for Chianti, a famous Italian restaurant that has been loved locally for over 40 years.
