For furnished apartments, we generally ask tenants to enter into individual contracts for water, electricity, gas, and the internet.
(There are some exceptions, such as properties with free water and properties that are all-electric.)

However, if you find it troublesome to sign the contract yourself, or if you are a foreign national and have difficulty signing the contract in Japanese, we have prepared the following plans for you, so please consider them.

Lifeline inclusive plan

This plan involves signing the water, electricity, and gas contract under the name of XROSS HOUSE, and the tenant paying a fixed monthly fee of 15,000 yen (tax-exempt) to XROSS HOUSE. XROSS HOUSE will handle all of the procedures for signing and canceling the contract when moving in and out, as well as being present when opening and canceling the contract.

However, please note that if your monthly usage amount exceeds 15,000 yen, you will be responsible for the excess amount.
(For example, if the usage amount is 20,000 yen, the excess amount of 5,000 yen will be charged to the resident.)

*Internet is not included in the plan that includes water, electricity, and gas. Please make your own arrangements for the Internet.

Lifeline Replacement Plan (for overseas residents)

XROSS HOUSE has partnered with a water, electricity, and gas contract agency for people living overseas and those who require support in a foreign language.

The fee is a flat rate of 5,500 yen (tax included), and the agent will handle the contracts for water, electricity, gas, and the Internet on your behalf.

Introducing eSIM services

XROSS HOUSE has partnered with an e-SIM sales company, so we would like to introduce the services we offer.

An e-SIM is a SIM card that is built into your smartphone, eliminating the need for a physical SIM card.
This means there is no need to hand over the SIM card, so you can use it immediately after purchasing it online.

However, this offer only applies to those who own SIM-unlocked mobile phones.
