No agency fees
Monthly charges will be paid directly to the water, electricity, gas and internet companies.
3. Procedure
■ Electricity, gas, and water
After completing the registration, you will receive a URL for the procedure via email.
Please access the URL in the email, select your preferred language, and enter the required information.
■ Deadline for procedures
City gas properties: up to 3 days before the move-in date
Propane gas properties: 5 days before the move-in date
■ Internet
*A Japanese mobile phone number is required to sign up for an internet contract.
*Even if you only want to use the internet,you may receive an email containing forms for electricity, gas, and water, but you do not need to fill out these forms.
*After obtaining a Japanese mobile phone number, please reply by email with the following two items.
・Acquired Japanese mobile phone number
・Preferred date and time when phone support is available
4. Important Notes (Please be sure to read)
・If you use an agency plan,you are deemed to have agreed to provide the agency with the personal information required for the activation procedure.
・This plan only supports the activation procedure.Cancellation procedures (water, electricity, gas, internet) must be done by the customer.
・Depending on the property and area,some gas companies and water bureaus may not be able to make arrangements on your behalf.
・If there are any errors in the information you entered,the real estate company or agency may contact you.
