Contract Period	It is a fixed-term lease contract for one year. However, if you apply at least one month before your desired move-out date, you can move out during the contract period. Therefore, you can stay for as little as one month. *A fixed-term lease contract is a rental contract that is not renewed and will always end when the term expires. If you wish to re-sign, a re-examination will be required.

There is a shopping street right after leaving Nishi-Eifuku Station. There are pharmacies, restaurants, supermarkets, bank ATMs, etc. There are also convenience stores, fast food restaurants, and family restaurants, so it's a good place to stay if you're late at night. There is a large shrine called Omiya Hachimangu Shrine, which is considered a power spot, and is crowded with people on New Year's visit.
