Contract Period	This is a fixed-term lease contract for one year. *The contract will expire at the end of the contract period without being renewed. You can cancel the contract during the contract period by submitting a move-out request one month in advance. We also accept applications for re-contracting before the end of the contract period, but there will be another screening process.

Nakai is a safe commuter town!

There are many supermarkets around Nakai Station, but you can go to Shinjuku and Takadanobaba with just one train, so you won't have any trouble shopping for anything other than daily necessities. Additionally, Ochiai Station is a 12-minute walk away, so you can also use the Tokyo Metro Tozai Line.

Nakai retains the atmosphere of a downtown area and is safe, so you can live in a calm living environment. There is a police box in a prominent place in front of the station, so women can feel safe walking at night.

There is everything from fast food, izakayas, to cafes in front of the station, so you won't have any trouble eating out.
