Yaguchiwatari is a safe residential area with a low crime rate.
You can use the Tokyu Tamagawa Line by train. If you transfer to the Tokaido Main Line or Keihin Tohoku Line at Kamata, which is one station away, it will take you about 25 minutes to Tokyo Station and about 30 minutes to Yokohama Station, making it very convenient for commuting or going for fun.
Kamata Station is within walking distance, about 20 minutes east on Kanpachi Street in front of the station.
There are several shopping facilities on the south side of the station, and there are many hospitals, which is convenient.
