Contract Period	This is a fixed-term lease contract for one year. *The contract will expire at the end of the contract period without being renewed. You can cancel the contract during the contract period by submitting a move-out request one month in advance. We also accept applications for re-contracting before the end of the contract period, but there will be another screening process.

This is a share house with all private rooms located at Hibarigaoka Station on the popular Seibu Ikebukuro Line.
The Seibu Ikebukuro Line allows you to access the popular town of Ikebukuro without changing trains. It takes 17 minutes to Ikebukuro! Additionally, if you transfer to the Toei Oedo Line at Nerima Station on the Seibu Ikebukuro Line, you can get to Shinjuku in 35 minutes.
There are elementary schools, parks, etc. in the vicinity of the property, and it has a calm atmosphere. There are plenty of chain stores, restaurants, and pubs around the station, so you won't have any trouble eating out. Some stores are open until late, so you can stop by on your way home from work.
