Contract Period	It is a fixed-term lease contract for one year. However, if you apply at least one month before your desired move-out date, you can move out during the contract period. Therefore, you can stay for as little as one month. *A fixed-term lease contract is a rental contract that is not renewed and will necessarily end upon expiration of the contract period. If you wish to re-sign, a re-examination will be required.

Property comments

Oji is a prosperous town with many shops on the east side of the station, but on the south side there is a large park called Asukayama Park, as well as many shrines and temples, and the town retains an old-fashioned atmosphere. There is a famous park with hydrangeas and cherry blossoms right near the station, where you can get in touch with nature.
The Keihin Tohoku Line and the Tokyo Metro Namboku Line pass through this area, and many people use it to transfer, so there is foot traffic day and night.
The Toden Arakawa Line also runs through it, and there are also quite a number of bus routes.
