How to pay

Contract terms

Contract Period	It is a fixed-term lease contract for one year. However, if you apply at least one month before your desired move-out date, you can move out during the contract period. Therefore, you can stay for as little as one month. *A fixed-term lease contract is a rental contract that is not renewed and will always end when the term expires. If you wish to re-sign, a re-examination will be required.
Age limit	18～39 years old
Guarantee company	This property requires you to join a guarantor company. *Please note that the guarantor company will also be screening you, so this process may take some time. A separate initial guarantee fee may be charged, but as this fee varies depending on the guarantor company, please contact us for more information.
Required documents	You will need to submit a photo ID (driver's license, My Number card) and emergency contact information. *Foreign nationals must present a passport with sufficient remaining validity. If you already have a residence card, please present it as well.
