Hello everyone~
Recently, Shibanyan has been soothed by the cherry blossoms during previews (=^・^=)
Today we will be guiding customers and maintaining their departure.
I went to XROSS Nakaitabashi property 🏠!
There are such beautiful cherry blossoms on the road from the station to the property! ♥♡
It's soothing. I couldn't help but notice that I was currently working.
I almost forget (^^) _dan~~ (lol)
Just 10 minutes walk from the station.
The exterior of the apartment-type XROSS Nakaitabashi property looks like this! !
Today we started maintenance on moving out of this semi-private room.
“A private room is a little over budget…”
"But I'd rather have a room where I have my own space than a dormitory!"
This semi-private room type is recommended for those who say that (^_-)-☆
Fold up the foldable bed for more space!
The spacious living room is always bright and has a nice atmosphere!
And to the resident who came to the living room today.
I had an interview (^^♪
The person we spoke to this time moved to Tokyo from a rural area and is currently job hunting.
Sakane-san, a university student!
Why did you move into XROSS HOUSE?
``Mr. Sakane: It all started when I was invited by a friend who was living here with me a while ago.
I thought about an apartment, but it's expensive in central Tokyo.
I decided to move into a shared house because I thought it would be a good idea because it would be quite cheap and I would be able to live in central Tokyo. ”
What do you do on your day off?
"I'm looking for a job (lol). When I go out, I go for interviews at companies in the city,
On the days I don't leave the house, I do research and think about the contents of the entry sheet...
Right now, I'm just job hunting (lol)."
If you were to go on a trip in Tokyo, where would you go?
Also, do you have any recommended places?
``I like vintage clothes, so I went to Harajuku and Omotesando the other day.
I was overwhelmed by the stylishness of the city and the number of people.
I ended up not buying anything that day (lol)
I hope I can buy something next time! ! LOL”
(I was born in Tokyo and love second-hand clothes, so I recommend Shimokitazawa and Koenji, haha)
Thank you, Sakane-san, for participating in the interview!
Good luck with your job hunting! ! (^^♪
*(To tenants) We will continue to have the opportunity to request interviews with tenants who have lived in the property.
I'm sure there will be, so please let me know if that's the case!
