If you sign a contract on the day of the viewing if you are planning to view the property, or on the day of your inquiry if you are not planning to view the property, you will receive a discount of 10,000 yen from the initial cost of 30,000 yen.
The condition is that you must stay for 3 months or more. If you move out, move to another room, or cancel your move in less than 3 months, you will be charged a penalty fee. Please note that the campaign may end without notice.

In most rental properties, a security deposit of about one month's rent is required, but at Cross House it is 0 yen.
