Property comments

The area around Tamagawa Gakuen-mae Station is home to the vast Tamagawa Gakuen, which has everything from kindergarten to university, and Showa Pharmaceutical University, so it is a town with many students.
There are shopping spots in front of the station, such as Super Sanwa and Daiso, which are open until 11pm, so you won't have any trouble purchasing daily necessities.
There aren't any stores that sell fashionable items or big home appliances, but if you go to Machida Station, where there are plenty of commercial facilities, you can find everything you want.
On the south side of the station is the Tamagawa Gakuen Shopping Association, which is closely connected to the local community. We regularly hold summer festivals and events for children to enliven the entire area.
In terms of transportation, you can use the Odakyu Odawara Line and get to Machida Station in about 3 minutes.
