１．【One Month Free Rent】campaign
Start date: 2020/12/18～
Contents: One month’s rent + common service fee will be free.
* System usage fee and option fee will be charged even during the free rent period.
Application
conditions: The campaign will be available only to new customers who will live in our property for 3 months or more.
Precautions: At the time of contract, you will be required to pay the daily rate for the month you move in.
Penalty: If you move out within 3 months, you will not be able to refund the prepaid fee at the time of contract.
In addition, we will charge 30,000 yen as a campaign penalty in the month of moving out as well.
2. 【Half price of rent for the first month】 Campaign
Start date: July 1, 2020- (End date undecided)
Contents: First month’s rent + common service fee 10,000 yen will be halved.
Application
conditions: Available only to those who will lived for 3 months or more for new inquiries.
Penalty: If you move out within 3 months, you will be charged the discounted amount as a campaign penalty in the month you move out.
