Do I need a guarantor?

None of the properties require a personal guarantor. Instead, we ask for an emergency contact.

For individual contracts, joining a guarantee company is generally required, and an initial guarantee fee and monthly guarantee fees will be charged separately.

If you pay the full amount, from initial costs to move-out fees, at the time of move-in, you are not required to join a guarantee company.
