A new property has opened in Yotsuya ! !
The property is located in Yotsuya 3-chome on the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line.
It's only a 3 minute walk from the station, which is pretty close to the station.
It is also easily accessible, an 8- minute walk from Yotsuya Station on the Chuo-Sobu Line.
There are various shops on the way from the station to the property :)

The property is a traditional detached house type.
Of course, all the rooms inside have been renovated, so they're very clean.
There is a shoe rack in the spacious entrance.
There are two types of rooms: semi-private rooms and Loft bed .
This is a semi-private type room.
*Decoration items such as futons, cushions, and watches are not included in the equipment.
A semi-private room is almost the same as a private room.
As you can see, there is a wall in the middle of the room, so you can't see the room on the other side!
However, there is a gap at the top of the wall, so we have to share the air conditioner.

Inside the room there is a bed, desk, chair, closet, and light.
Next, this is a room with a Loft bed.
A Loft bed is a type of bunk bed that can be used by one person.
There's a bed on the top shelf, and a desk and storage shelves on the bottom!

There is a large and bright Living room on the first floor!
Unlimited TV viewing! (lol)
A kitchen where you can enjoy cooking anytime.
The kitchen is equipped with frying pans, pots, cooking utensils, and seasonings (salt, sugar, oil, soy sauce).
You can also share the refrigerator, Microwave, kettle, and rice cooker♪
A shower and a toilet.
Toilet paper is also available!
There are two showers and two toilets.
3 minutes walk from the station!
